You should also bear in mind the cost of the Quarantine Inspection is based on the time it takes the inspection team to carry out their duties, this is normally paid by the customer directly to Australian Authorities rather than being included in the removal cost itself for obvious reasons,

The cost Quarantine Inspection is approximately £145 Sterling per half hour and would normally expect to do a 20ft container in about an hour, however this can vary dependant on the contents of the container,
